By submitting your application form on any of the FA Coaching Education Courses via https://cbfootballmanagement.com/registration/ above, you (referred to above as the applicant and/or participant) are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions below.
- APPLICATION & REGISTRATION

- Application on any coaching education courses can be made only through submission form via https://cbfootballmanagement.com/registration/. Applications are not accepted via emails, messengers, phone calls or any other way of communication.
- Registration on any coaching education courses can be made only after CBF confirmation of candidate’s eligibility and first payment made by candidate.
- The FA International Foundation Coaching Course (Level 1) applicants can be accepted on the course automatically if they meet age requirement of 16 years old
- The FA International Intermediate Coaching Course (Level 2) and The FA International License Coaching Course (Level 3) applicants can be accepted on the course only after official confirmation of candidate’s eligibility via email, messenger (what’s app / Telegram) or CBF social media (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In). CBF has a right to request additional documents and information to prove that applicant is eligible to be enrolled.
- PAYMENT & PRICING
- Candidates are officially accepted on the course only after their initial payment has reached the CBF bank account and confirmed to the candidate as received by CBF via email, messenger (what’s app / Telegram) or CBF social media (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In).
- To be officially accepted on the course the payment of 50% of the course’s full fee including VAT must be completed unless candidate and CBF agreed to set up a personal payment plan of the candidate with deadlines of every payment and its size. In case of personal payment plan candidate is officially accepted on the course after the first initial payment.
- The last payment of the full course fee with VAT must be completed no later than 30 days before the first day of the course unless candidate and CBF agreed to set up a personal payment plan of the candidate with deadlines of every payment and its size.
- All payments of the FA Coaching Education Courses run by CBF are taxable of 5% VAT according to the UAE taxation law.

- By debit/credit card via payment link through https://ccavenue.ae/. All links are generated personally upon confirmation of the candidate that he is ready to make a payment.
- By bank transfer to CBF Bank Account
- By ATM cash deposit to CBF Bank Account
- By cash at CBF office at the address of 118, Kojak Building, Dubai Motor City, Dubai, UAE during CBF business hours.

- All prices of the FA Coaching Education Courses run by CBF are stated at https://cbfootballmanagement.com/education/ and valid on the day of the payment by candidate.
- Prices are subject to change depending on the demand of the course and a certain date.
- Full fee course with VAT is locked and can not be changed once the candidate made his first payment.
- CBF provides a referral discount of 5% for every candidate that comes on the same course with an applicant. Discount can be summed up for multiple coaches.
- FINES & CANCELLATION
- Candidate has a right to claim a full refund in case the course dates, timings or location have been changed by CBF.
- In case candidate is unable to attend the selected and paid course, he must notify CBF via email, messenger (what’s app / Telegram) or CBF social media (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In) about his inability.
- In case candidate is unable to attend the selected and paid course, candidate’s application automatically transfers to the next FA course of the same level and a candidate has a right to use his paid funds if his inability notification was sent more than 30 days before the first day of the course. In this case candidate must complete the outstanding balance payment 90 days before the next course starts.
- In case candidate is unable to attend the selected and paid course and the one after it, the candidate has a right to use his paid funds with an extra payment of 1,000 AED on top the initial full fee course cost with VAT if his inability notification was sent more than 30 days before the first day of the course. If the candidate is unable to attend the above-mentioned course, his paid funds can not be used for future courses.
- In case candidate is unable to attend the selected and paid course and his inability notification was sent less than 30 days before the first day of the course, the funds cannot be used unless the candidate finds a replacement of his spot with eligible candidate no later than 5 days before the first day of the course.

- CBF has a right to request penalty pennies of 0.5% of the full fee course with VAT for every day after payment deadline in case the candidate did not complete the outstanding balance payment 30 days before the first day of the course or according to his personal payment plan agreed with CBF. Candidate will not be accepted to participate in the course if he doesn’t complete payment of penalty pennies.
- CBF has a right to request full cost of CBF’s or venue’s damaged property if the candidate causes damages. CBF must prove the cost of damaged property by paid bills, receipts or market price provided by CBF’s supplier. Candidate must cover theses costs within 30 days after the course finished. Otherwise, candidate will not be certified.
- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- In case of successful assessment of any of the FA Coaching Education Courses, candidate must submit the CBF feedback form on his last day of the course and register for FA Learning Online Portal (https://learn.englandfootball.com/) and provide FA number within 3 days from the last day of the course.
- CBF must claim certificates of successfully assessed candidates within 7 days from the last day of the course.
- CBF must provide digital and hard copies of certificates of successfully assessed candidates within 60 days after the course finished.
- CBF is not responsible for spelling mistakes and other misleading information from candidate’s application form. In case of the spelling mistake made by candidate, he can request for a corrected option directly from the English Football Association (FA).
- CBF is not responsible for wrong kit size from candidate’s application form. CBF can order an extra kit of another for a candidate with upfront extra charge by candidate.
- CBF reserves the right to record content during the course and utilize video, audio, and photo images captured by CBF or its candidates from this course on official CBF social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Telegram.
- CBF is not allowed to use video, audio, or photo images captured by CBF or its candidates from this course in commercial advertising without the authorization of the candidates.
- CBF is not responsible for loss of candidates’ personal belongings during the course.
- CBF is not responsible for loss of candidates’ certificate after its delivery to the candidate. Candidate can request another hard copy of the certificate directly from the English Football Association (FA).
